Terms of Service

By accessing or using the LeaseBridge India platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to: • Employees using the calculator, document generation, or onboarding features • HR professionals and employers registering their organisation • NBFC partners accessing the sourcing interface

LeaseBridge India is a technology platform. We are NOT: • A tax advisor or Chartered Accountant • A financial advisor or investment manager • An NBFC or lender • A legal counsel All calculations are illustrative estimates. All documents are templates for discussion — not final executed agreements. Always consult your CA and legal counsel before implementing any lease arrangement.

You must be: • At least 18 years of age • A resident of India • Employed by an employer registered in India • Using the Platform for lawful purposes only

The calculator uses Rule 15 of the Income Tax Rules 2026 and FY 2025-26 New Tax Regime slabs for illustrative purposes. Actual savings depend on your individual tax situation, salary structure, employer policies, and applicable law. Documents generated by the Platform are illustrative templates. Final executed agreements are prepared by empanelled legal counsel (AZB & Partners, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Khaitan & Co) and may differ from generated templates.

You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the Platform • Not use the Platform in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair it • Keep your account credentials confidential

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the calculator, document templates, blog posts, and software — is the exclusive property of LeaseBridge India Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at leasebridgeindia.com/privacy. By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described therein.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeaseBridge India shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities • Errors or inaccuracies in calculations or documents • Tax assessments, penalties, or demands arising from your use of the Platform Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed ₹10,000.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeaseBridge India, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice on the Platform. Your continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
